Bruce Bernstein manages Parcels Plus, in Pompano Beach, FL for 12 years. He was one of the founders the local NARSC chapter and has served as President, Treasurer and board member for the last 6 years. As the Operator of Parcels Plus he has worked to grow his business negotiate favorable outcome for his business with TSA, The City of Pompano Beach and DOT/PHMSA. Prior to his work in the Mail and Parcel Industry he was V/P and Director of Operations of a chain of medical clinics with $14 million in annual sales. In addition to Operational and Systems Management he was the Governmental Affairs officer for the company. He has worked with the State of Florida and the DOT to write the rules and implement the rules for Drug Free Workplace for Florida Employers, consulted with DOT and FAA on Driver and Aircraft operator standards for the industry.
Ben has owned Mail & More in San Marcos Texas for 15 years. Ben is been a regular on HT and NARSCTalk, was a speaker at the Dallas AMPC Convention, and is President of the NARSC Heart of Texas Chapter. Before opening his store Ben lived in Chicago and was a Pilot for 3M Corporation. He has been married to one old woman for 45 years, has 2 kids and 4 grand kids.
President of RS Associates, Brandon is also co-founder of Eagle Postal Centers, a 36 store chain of licensed and corporate mail and parcel centers located in Texas. As a 25-year veteran, Brandon has demonstrated a long - term commitment to the industry and holds a point of view rooted in extensive firsthand experience in every area of the business. For four years, Brandon served as president of Associated Mail & Parcel Centers, a business league serving the interests of independent retail shipping center operators. In that role, he co-founded the Retail Shipping Institute and initiated the industry’s first risk management program: the HIPDR Ship Responsibly program.
Evan Keller started Super Postal Center in Boca Raton, FL in June of 1992. He is a frequent contributor on various industry internet forums, has contributed numerous articles to News & Ideas and has been a presenter at many AMPC Conventions. He served two years as the first President of the So. Florida NARSC Chapter, as well as two years as the first VP of NARSC National.
Rick Crawford is founder and president of PC Synergy, makers of PostalMate, POS software for the retail shipping industry. In his 20 years at the helm, he has witnessed the industry’s growth from mail receiving agencies to diverse business service providers. After graduating from the University of California - San Diego, Rick worked in software development and marketing for the mortgage and defense industries. He started PC Synergy in 1988.
Larry Riccitelli is the general manager and co-founder of Refund Technology, Inc., a firm specializing in reducing your shipping costs through shipment auditing and service-failure refund recovery. Mr. Riccitelli began his career as an auditor at a regional CPA firm in southern New England. In 1988, Larry went into business designing accounting software solutions and marketing (present day) Microsoft Business Solutions-Dynamics accounting software and proprietary manufacturing software. With no prior experience in the MPC industry but a great deal of confidence and sales experience it's now been a total of 14 years. Holding the positions of VP, President and Treasurer of WW NARSC Chapter before accepting the VP position of NARSC.

H.W. Kueckelhan started Postal Options in Paris Texas 14 years ago with his son Dalton. After 32 years working for Southwestern Bell he retired. He has received the Small Business Award from the Chamber of Commerce. He has served as President of the Red River Valley Chapter of NARSC. He has also served as Treasure of NARSC National. HW and his wife Loreta have been married for 39 years with two children, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. His hobbies include fishing (when he can) and working with his horses.
Nick Leone owns Pack & Ship North in Westminster, CO and has been in the business for 13 years. Previously, he managed shipping and receiving at several companies as well as working as a metal fusion technician. He is well known for his ability to provide a knowledge source for almost any subject. Nick founded and currently serves as the secretary of the Colorado Chapter of NARSC.
